Processing time

Orders ship from Havre, Montana, usually within 5 business days. You'll get a tracking email when your order ships. Stickers ship in a rigid mailer so they arrive flat.

United States

Standard: $8
Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
Express: $15

International

Canada: $15, tracked, usually 1–3 weeks
UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Japan: $20, tracked, usually 1–4 weeks

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country on delivery. These are set by your local customs office and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Don't see your country at checkout? Email hello@thepigandbutterfly.com and we'll see what we can do.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track down a package.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@thepigandbutterfly.com with your order number (and a photo for damage) and we'll replace it or refund you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address and cover the new shipping cost.
